See the Difference

After being denied support by multiple agencies, a Vietnam veteran with chronic PTSD finally got the help he needed through our case management and counseling—proving that with persistence and the right support, healing is always possible.

Struggling with PTSD, military sexual trauma, and domestic violence, this veteran was turned away by others—but we answered. Through our care coordination, she finally received the counseling and support she deserved.

Years of untreated PTSD led to crisis, substance abuse, and incarceration. When every agency failed, our team coordinated with family, VA, and other agencies to get him into the specialized treatment he desperately needed—something no one else had been able to do.
